Appraisal experience includes key areas of divorce, estate tax, transaction advice, SBA loans, shareholder buy-sell agreements, ESOP formation and operation and purchase contract/partnership disputes (including multiple experiences with litigation-related consulting, depositions, expert witness testimony, and other related activity).
